VIBRATION

VIBRATION TESTING (2 TO 6250 Hz, 0 TO 214 g ACCELERATION)

Vibration testing is used to simulate the effects of vibration due to transportation or other environments on the performance of a product. A test protocol will typically specify the direction, duration, acceleration, and frequency of the vibration to be applied. The equipment can apply sinusoidal vibration with sweeps through a frequency range or random vibration where the intensity and frequency of the vibration is changed abruptly.
