Rockwell Hardness of plastics/polymers

Purpose: This test method is used to determine the Rockwell hardness of plastic/polymer materials.

Sample: Flat sheets and/or tensile bars

Basic Description: A flat test specimen is put on a test surface.  The indentor is pressed on the surface with a fixed load and the hardness value is measured. 

Limitations: We can do Rockwell Hardness, Procedure A, R, L, M, E, -or- K
